News and Pro tiers are available month-to-month or on annual contracts. Annual contracts include a 20% discount. Enterprise agreements are structured as annual contracts with custom terms based on team size and coverage scope. All contracts include onboarding and support.

Monthly News and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Your access continues through the end of your billing period. Annual plans are committed for the term. Enterprise contracts follow the terms outlined in your agreement, with standard 90-day notice provisions.

Enterprise subscribers receive matching ad credits equal to their contract value. These credits can be used for targeted advocacy advertising across State Affairs' network of statehouse news publications. You choose the states, the timing, and the messaging. Our team handles placement and optimization. Credits are valid for the duration of your contract and do not roll over.
